Delete Your PetSociety Account

If you would like to delete your PetSociety account and all associated data—including personal profiles, pet cards, media, and conversations—you can request deletion in two ways. Once we confirm the request, data are purged within30 days.

Delete from inside the PetSociety app

  1. Open PetSociety and make sure you are using the latest version.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm deletion.

Tip: deleting inside the app is the fastest path because your identity is already verified on your device.

Or contact us directly

  1. Compose an email to our care team using the same email tied to your PetSociety login.
  2. Send the request to contact@neothone.com with the subject “Delete my PetSociety account.”
  3. We will verify ownership and confirm once the deletion is complete.

What happens after you submit a request?

We pause notifications immediately and begin the irreversible deletion workflow. Here’s the full cadence so you know what to expect.

  • Request received

    You will receive an acknowledgment email within 48 hours.

  • Verification

    We confirm ownership and pause all automations tied to your pet profiles.

  • Deletion complete

    Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, followed by a confirmation note.

Data you can expect to be removed

  • Personal profiles, pet cards, achievements, and posts are removed from our data.
  • Inline images and message attachments stored are wiped and invalidated.
  • Backup snapshots referencing your account are pruned within the deletion window.
